  • Federal employees who live in, work in, or are directly supervised from St. Paul, Minnesota except employees of Federal offices and agencies where separate employee credit unions exist
  • Employees of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS) who work in the State of Minnesota now referred to Farm Service Agency
