November 11, 2023This was one of the more frustrating bonuses to pursue, but there was a silver lining. Even though I met the requirements to earn the bonus, they said my direct deposit didn't qualify because the comment in the deposit said "DIR DEP" rather than "DIRECT DEPOSIT", so they wouldn't give it to me. Also, they make it very difficult to get your money out of their bank. There is no mechanism on their site to transfer to another bank. I ended up using the transfer tools at another bank (Chase) to initate the transfer that way, but that is the most ridiculous limitation of an online bank that I've ever heard of. My silver lining was that they have a decent referral program, so I was able to make a few hundred dollars with referrals. Overall, this was a pain and I would not recommend pursuing this bonus.

November 3, 2023Just be aware this type of account is a little different. You can not transfer money from a GO2 account to another bank account. You'll have to find an ATM to withdraw the money. Kind of annoying.

November 15, 2023 Replying to Daniel TackerIs it possible to link this account at a different bank like Ally? Just wondering if you can pull the money out that way.
