November 14, 2023I applied online. When I didn't hear back in 4 business days, I called, and was told my application was "under review." Finally, 23 days (including Christmas and NY's holidays) after applying online I received email with a denial, and no reason given. That's the longest I've had to wait for a bank to decide about an application; a really poor experience. If they don't want to open an account to bank bonus chasers, then make it clear in the fine print, so we don't waste our time.
